Cannot install newly purchased version (from Best Buy)
I keep getting the Communication failure error shown below. I have tried rebooting to no avail. Can anyone help? Also, Bitdefender Central shows that my PC is not protected under my current subscription. Clicking Enable Protection does not work (2nd image below).

Effective date of download
I just purchased and downloaded an update to my Bitdefender internet protection package. Does this new purchase become active the day I bought it or when I active it? My current subscription expires in late July, so I'd prefer not to activate my download until the old version is about to expire.
