Hi. Im am trying to fix my parents problems with bitdefender, as they are bascily computer illiterate. The program icon goes grey, and says 'Bit Defender Services not responding....). I realise there are already some posts on this topic, but they require personal computer stats, hardware etc. So here are mine, any help…
