Outlook Express Hangs On First Opening--ideas?
Hi all, Windows XP HE operating sys Just installed BD Internet Security 2008 v 11.0.16, updated, ran scan etc. All works just fine EXCEP when I open OE, it hangs (no BD toolbar showing) as soon as the first screen is visible.
