j'ai perdu le mot de passe et la clé de récupération secure pass, de ce fait je n'ai plus accès à mon coffre fort
comment puis-je la retrouver ?

As far as I know, if someone has lost access to the master password or the recovery options for the Bitdefender Password Manager or Bitdefender SecurePass, there is no way to recover them. Bitdefender support can only reset these products so they can be set up again, but they do not have access to any stored data.

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.
