Bitdefender internet securité cherche constamment l'update et finit par aboutir a l erreur 1011... bizarre j'ai jamais eu de probleme auparavent et tout est bien a jour

    a tu d'autre protection antivirus,antimalwares,antispywares,.....?


    si oui il faut les desinstaller.


    a tu desactiver le pare feu windows ainsi que windows defender?


    desactive le controle parental windows live s'il est installer.


    si tu a des logiciels d'optimisation genre tuneup;glary utilities il faut les desinstaller.


    Est-ce que Windows Update fonctionne sur votre système (les mises à jour de windows se téléchargent-elles normalement) ?
