hi, chaque fois que bit fait une mise à jour, les extensions de fichiers dans windows10 ne s'enlèvent plus, je dois intervenir directement dans le registre pour fixer ce problème

every time bit does an update, the file extensions in windows10 are not removed anymore, I have to go directly to the registry to fix this problem
