Bonjour,

J'ai renouvellé Bitdefender Internet Security en Total Security.

Je n'arrive pas à installer le Total security.

Il me dit que 0 PC est protégé alors que sur l'internet security j'en ai 3

Rien ne se lance quand je telecharges le lien

    Bonjour,

    Vous n'avez normalement pas besoin de réinstaller Bitdefender quand il est déjà installé. Le nouvel abonnement doit s'appliquer automatiquement à la version déjà installée.

    Si cela n'est pas le cas, il faut alors assigner l'appareil au nouvel abonnement :
