Hallo, ich erhalte folgende Information beim Quick-Scan:

Ich habe ein sicheres Passwort für mein Netzwerk/Router
Ich verwende auch Bitdefender VPN sobald ich on gehe.
Warum kommt diese Meldung bei jedem Scan trotzdem?

There are a few possible reasons why you might still be seeing the message "You are connected to an unsafe WiFi network" during a quick scan, even though you have a secure password for your network/router and use Bitdefender VPN whenever you go online:
1) Your network/router is using an older encryption protocol. Bitdefender recommends using WPA2-PSK/AES encryption for the best security. If your network/router is using an older protocol, such as WEP or WPA, it may be more vulnerable to attack.
2) Your network/router is not properly configured. Make sure that your network/router is configured correctly and that all security features are enabled.
3) Bitdefender is detecting other security vulnerabilities on your network. Bitdefender may flag your network as unsafe if it detects other vulnerabilities, such as open ports or malicious devices on the network.
4) Make sure that your network/router is using WPA2-PSK/AES encryption. You can check your network/router's settings to see what encryption protocol it is using. If it is not using WPA2-PSK/AES, change it to that protocol.
5) Check your network/router's configuration. Make sure that all security features are enabled and that the firmware is up to date.
6) Try repairing the bitdefender product (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13429/)
If issue persists, kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and on the basis of your product selected and type of issue you are facing you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.
If you choose email, you will get a ticket number on your registered email.
