There is no connectivity with the incidents server. Please contact you system administrator
Hallo. Vermehrt melden unsere Clients, dass keine Kommunikation mit dem Incidents Server möglich sei. Das Problem ist ohne eine bewusste Änderung unserer GravityZone eingetreten. Clients aus dem selben Subnetz haben das Problem oder haben es nicht. Per Telnet ist der Server über den entsprechenden Port erreichbar.
Kennt jemand das Problem?

Secondly, additional details are necessary in order to pinpoint the route cause of the issue so this scenario needs to be analyzed by one of our Enterprise Support Engineers.
I checked internally and I was able to identify the case that you have opened with Enterprise Support. The last recommendation was to update your GravityZone and then reinstall the incident role. In order to ensure that these steps are completed I asked one of our engineers to reach out to you and offer any help that you might need with this process.
