I have a paid subscription to this product but every time I click on Web Protection and Scam Protection I’m asked if I want to try before buying!!
Why should this be and how can I rectify it?

1) Remove devices from your online Bitdefender Central: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/
2) Login again into your Bitdefender product using your online Central account details.

Make sure the Mobile Security app is logged in with the Central account where the Total Security subscription is running.
