Free upgrade to Bitdefender Premium Security

Hello,

I am a Bitdefender Total Security user. Before upgrading to Premium Security, I checked my renewal date, which is August 8th, 2024. The free upgrade to Premium Security offers coverage for 10 devices for one year, so I proceeded with the upgrade. However, I expected the new renewal date to be August 8th, 2025, but it still shows August 8th, 2024. Can someone clarify this for me?

I've been using total security for years, is there a free upgrade available to Premium?

I know there was an upgrade campaign at some point, but this was not made available worldwide. I think the campaign ran for a limited period of time, in specific locations.
