Used wrong email address for code
Hi all,
I placed an order and pay'd for Bitdefender on July 12 but made a spelling mistake on the email. now the code is gone to that address. Can anything be done or do I have to pay again? (I'm sure the code got bounced as it's not lightly to be a working email address)

Ps. I reached out twice to '2Checkout (now Verifone) and shared my details and gave them a screen shot of their own Order Status site which shows my order listed with the mis-spelled email address but got no reply. Thanks

You won't have to place a new order and pay again, simply get in touch with the Bitdefender Support teams via chat, as this would be the fastest way to retrieve the activation code and ask them to update your email address in the platform as well. This way, you will also receive future email communications prior to the renewal of your product, any early renewal discounts available, and other relevant information regarding your subscription.
And don't worry, misspelling an email address can happen and this can be corrected easily. 🙂
