Desinfect or delete RegAsm.exe ?

It seems I have a RegAsm.exe in my Framework.NET that is infected.
How can I disinfect or delete permanently the file ?

Could you first share an image of Bitdefender detecting the file? Also, could you upload the file to VirusTotal.com and share the link here? It may be a false positive. I've promoted you to Level 2, so you can now share the image with us.
