How to remove URL.Spam.Heur.4?

I am constantly getting Bitdefender popups saying that an infected file is detected, view attack timeline, etc, etc. I have quarantined and deleted all of these files, and I have run a full system scant, yet I still am getting the continuous attacks. Is there a way to more directly target these files and remove them?

Kindly check if the following steps help you:

1) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:

temp – delete all the files in the folder.

%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.

prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.
