why do I continue to get solicitation to renew me subscription because it is expiring? I pay monthly.

    I think it's best to contact the Bitdefender Support teams on this one. Since your license comes from a Bitdefender Partner, the commercial support representatives will be able to advise further on what needs to be done to stop these notifications, if they are incorrectly sent to you. Also, check if you have any other Bitdefender services, because it's also possible that the expiring notification is for something else and not for the Total Security subscription from BestBuy.
    There are multiple possible scenarios here, really. Either the notifications are incorrectly sent to you, or your subscription is actually due to expire, or the notifications don't really come from Bitdefender at all. We've seen cases where fake expiration or virus pop-ups are displayed because of adware or browser redirects coming from doubtful browser extensions, so more information is needed here, how are you receiving these notifications exactly, what is the source (if they are coming via email, check for the email address) and what is the full context.

    In any case, I advise against clicking on links or cta buttons in those notifications, at least until their legitimacy can be poven.

    I suggest to provide this information when contacting the Support teams, so they'll know what to do.
