The bug is back: The app you just installed requires scanning before being used

On android I am multiple times a day getting the alert notification: "The app you just installed requires scanning before being used"

Except that I haven't installed any new apps.

This has happened before, see the posts from last year, and it's happening again. I can only assume that somewhere inside Bitdefender there's a develop team whose job is to reinsert this error on a regular basis.
