One of the phones I have on my account has an issue with BD draining the battery. On the other phone, mine, when I look at Settings/Battery/Battery Usage BD is around 2%, on the problem phone, another family member's, it's at anywhere from 27-33%. This only started fairly recently, within the last 1-2 weeks..
I've already made sure I had the latest version of BD, reviewed all the power settings, cleared the cache, restarted the phone and charged it to 100% as of this morning, 8am.
Initially, after a couple hours, I checked battery usage and it was 2%. By the end of the day, 5pm, the phone was down to less than 20% charge and battery usage showed BD using 27%.
There was very little activity on the phone during the day, nothing new installed, no scans done, nothing that would account for that huge battery drain.
The problem phone is a Moto G Stylus 5G (XT2131-1), Android 12.
My phone, that doesn't have the issue, is a Moto G Power 5G (XT2415-1), Android 14.
