Hai,

Ik heb vandaag Bitdefender 5 apparaten gekocht. Helaas lukt het installeren niet.

Iemand die mij tips kan geven?

Wat is het probleem met het installeren die je voorhebt?

Om bitdefender te installeren moet je eerst inloggen in je bitdefender central account om het bitdefender installatie exe bestand te downloaden, je kan inloggen in je account via deze link: https://www.bitdefender.com/nl-nl/

Dan klik je op de knop "Bitdefender-producten installeren" in het dashboard tab van je account en dan selecteer je de versie die je hebt gekocht en download het exe installatie bestand.

Sla het bestand op en voer het uit als administrator door met de rechtermuisknop op het bestand te klikken.

Zorg ervoor dat je eerst alle andere antivirus of ander beveiligingssoftware deinstalleert voor je bitdefender installeert.

I think I found (after almost a week) what the issue is, why I am not able to install the Bitdefender I bought last Sunday:

I found out that I didn't bought a normal Bitdefender for users, I bought Bitdefender for students!

So I am not a student, that means I bought the wrong Bitdefender, because I don't have a student number.

That's the issue: wrong Bitdefender

Maybe I can change it to the Bitdefender I need.

Wait, what? Bitdefender for students? This is something new to me. @Kaat112 can you perhaps share a screenshot of the product name, or any image that can help us identify the product you've purchased? Where did you buy this license from?

Once installed, the app will prompt you to enter your Bitdefender Central details to activate it. I believe @Alexandru_BD can also take a look at your Bitdefender Central account to check which subscription you have and which operating system and Bitdefender product it relates to.
