BD Central Web Protection Warning
BD Central says one of my Android phones BD app web protection is turned off. On the phone, BD shows web protection is on. I've turned web protection off and on but BD Central still shows it's off

How do I clear the warning in BD Central?

Open Bitdefender on this device and follow the on-screen instructions to restart Web Protection.

Hello,
I've seen this before, you should ignore the Central message, IF Web Protection is already enabled on the mobile device. To fix the Central issue, I would recommend to contact the Support teams and ask them to have a look. They will advise accordingly. At this time, it's just a visual glitch.
You can reach the Support teams using this link:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

Remove your Android device from Bitdefender Central:
Afterward, log out of your Bitdefender product on your Android device and sign in again so that your device will resynchronize with Bitdefender Central.
