Refund ticket

Dear Team,

I have initiated a refund process (I've been charged for a subscription I no longer use as I bought a new one) ticket number is 1009643476, can somebody in the support team take a look and give me an update?

  • Thanks Flexx! I love the product, but it's a f…g nightmare to get around on the website trying to find anything, really. It's way more difficult than it should be. I managed to find the chat but I had to start opening a new ticket just to get the option for that…

    When did you open the first ticket? I'm asking because the usual response timeframe may vary between 24 to 48hrs in some cases, depending on the workload and available agents. They will respond to you as soon as possible, don't worry. Please avoid opening multiple tickets on the same request, because this will not speed up the process, on the contrary, it may double the work.

    I opened the ticket at around 9 AM on the 23rd, but did not receive any further instructions, not even a link where I could follow up on the ticket which was a bit weird. Anyway things are in motion I guess, as Mike M from Bitdefender Royalty team contacted me this afternoon after I managed to find the chat option and tried to get an update this morning.
