Disable Scanning New External Hard Disks?

Hi,

Is there a way to disable scanning new external hard disks? I just put in a 4TB drive to copy over a handful of files, and now Bitdefender is scanning the whole drive, which is taking forever. I want to use the dock for something else!

To stop Bitdefender from automatically scanning external drives, you can disable the feature. Have a look at the image provided below.
