Extra Sign-in Tab on Browser Launch?

How/where do I access the settings to stop the auto launching of a tab whenever I open my browser??? I saw this question asked previously but the image didn't look like any layout I'm seeing on my end and I can't find it int any settings across the BD Central desktop application or in the browser version.

  • Hello,

Here’s how to do it in popular browsers:

    Chrome

    1. Open Chrome and go to the menu (three dots in the upper right corner).
    2. Select Settings.
    3. In the left sidebar, click On startup.
    4. Choose one of the following options:
      • Open the New Tab page – This will open a blank tab every time you start Chrome.
      • Continue where you left off – This opens the tabs you had open when you last closed Chrome.
      • Open a specific page or set of pages – To remove a specific page, click the three dots next to it and select Remove.

    Firefox

    1. Open Firefox and go to the menu (three horizontal lines in the upper right corner).
    2. Select Settings.
    3. In the left sidebar, go to Home.
    4. Under New Windows and Tabs, make sure the homepage or new windows are set to your preferred page or the Firefox Home default.

    Edge

    1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to the menu (three dots in the upper right corner).
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Go to Start, home, and new tabs.
    4. Under When Edge starts, choose Open a new tab or Open tabs from the previous session based on your preference. If you have a specific page set, you can remove it here.

    Safari

    1. Open Safari and go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences) in the top menu.
    2. Click the General tab.
    3. In Safari opens with, select A new window to start with a blank window.

    I hope this helps.
