Received the email "You are now eligible for a FREE upgrade".

I click the button and link to a website, then shows "Unfortunately, you’re not eligible for this offer."

What's going on?

    But I couldn't find any way to reach Netgear Support on the support website.

    I can only search either on "Knowledge" or "Community" when my hardware device is expired.

    But I subscribe the service "Netgear Armor", I should have support with the software upgrade support.

    It's funny that I Received the email "You are now eligible for a FREE upgrade".
