update credit Card

i shut down my old credit card that I've used for autopay and need to update it to a new card but I'm having trouble with trying to get this done. The directions for doing this don't load - it's just a pulsating circle forever. I'm using windows 11 with edge browser. Then I tried using Chrome and got a little farther along, but I think I asked for the email with the account link too many times and now I'm not getting the email link to my account.

I don't want my bit defender to lapse because of this. can you send me a link to the correct site? thanks
