Help!! - Mac Bitdefender Shield turned off?

Mac Studion Sonoma
Bitdefender Shield is showing as switched off, Nothing I have tried (Uninstalling Privacy & Security etc) does not work.
I have not updated my OSX to Sequoia ..
Any solutions out there?
