There isn't an actual way to track the Support ticket like you would track a parcel, for example, but the full conversation you have with the Support teams should be available in your inbox. Depending on the workload and available Support agents, the response timeframe may vary between 24 to 48hrs, but they will always get back to you. I think this thread can now be closed.
