Backdoor not detected -- Bitdefender

Good day,

pls advise, i found this alarming information on Windows Defender when checking through Windows security. it has been there more than a year and while i have been protected by BitDefender.

😥where can i check logs from Bitdefender to see if it cleaned it out?

😥why would it still have been showing as a problem?

😥Windows Defender was disabled.
