vpn is not allowing a website to function properly on windows 10 laptop

I use a web site called, StealthCamCommand.com. It's a cellular game camera used for taking pictures of animals remotely and sending them to my laptop and phone. The VPN I believe is blocking the pictures from being downloaded. I uninstalled the VPN and the Stealthcamcommand site worked as it should. Reinstalled the VPN, the site worked for a while but went back to not working. I even used the Split tunneling on the VPN and still the same. any clues how to fix this issue. By the way the Stealthcam site works fine on my Andriod phone with the VPN installed.

Hi @swes

Try turning the adblocker in the VPN off if it's not already off, otherwise change the protocol of the VPN.

You can also try connecting to a different VPN region and see if that works.
