Can't open Bitdefender on iPhone 5

I'm trying to install on my mom's ancient iPhone 5, but I can't get the website to open. Other websites open fine, just this for some reason. I've cleared history, powered down and restarted, tried on Safari & Google, checked all the settings. I'm at my wit's end and don't know what else it could be.

The latest iOS version available for the iPhone 5 is iOS 10.3.4. However, Bitdefender Mobile Security for iOS is compatible only with devices running iOS 13 or later.
