Continuous Pop Up from McAfee

Good day - I am getting continuous Pop-Ups from a site en.softonic.com supposedly from McAfee.

How do I stop or block this? Or how do I set Bitdefender to block this very frustrating incident.

In ten years with Bitdefender I have never experienced this issue until now.
