Cannot access websites

How do I access websites Bitdefender locks me out of? I am only allowed to open a few websites, and never any surveys. How do I fix this?

I have recently retired, so I'm working with different people & websites, and accessing different venues. Perhaps this is creating the issue?

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option.
