It Seems That It Just Continues
I have BitDefender Premium VPN and it suddenly stopped connecting. I'm running Windows 11 24H2 which I installed 2 weeks about. I've rebooted and reset the network adapter without positive results. It seems as if the connection issues started shortly after that Windows upgrade. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the VPN code twice. Yeah, the definition of stupidity but what can I say? After I click "Connect" (to connect the VPN) is just spins with "Connecting" and fails without any error messages. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @VPN_NO-OP
Have you tried a different protocol? Go to "settings" then "advanced" then "protocol".
Otherwise try a different adaptor (if you have that), for example if you're using the ethernet port switch to the Wi-Fi to see if this might be causing your issue.
You can also try changing your DNS in your adaptor settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot your pc and try to connect to the VPN again.

Is this still an issue for you?
On the morning of Dec 29 my VPN connection dropped and I could not get it back all day. I reported the problem to tech support but none of the fixes they suggested worked for me. The next morning everything was back to normal without making any changes on my end… they did not reply with any kind of an explanation. I really don;t know much about this stuff but by them suggesting that I try different DNS servers, maybe they were having issues with their own??? Just guessing here.

So this is weird. I've done absolutely nothing other than reboot again this morning and it's now working. Nothing makes any sense but … I thank those who took the time and responded with solutions to try. I am however suspicious if Bitdefender, doing it's "upgrade" check may have updated something. I guess I'll never know. Thanks again to all!
