Bitdefender issues
It seems like Bitdefender is causes some connection problems with the internet. I occasionally get this message - Bitdefender Internet Security has been found on this computer and may be blocking access to the internet. Please check Bitdefender Internet Security Settings and make sure Teamviewer is allowed to access the internet.
Can someone tell me how to do this. Thanks

Allow TeamViewer in Bitdefender firewall by following the steps provided in the link below
Additionally, setting up an exclusion for TeamViewer in your Bitdefender product may or may not resolve the issue, but this is not the recommended solution. TeamViewer should not cause any problems with Bitdefender, as everything works fine on my end. However, if adjusting the firewall settings does not fix the issue, you may proceed with excluding TeamViewer in your Bitdefender product.
Kindly follow the steps stated below to exclude the file/files in your Bitdefender product.
1) Temporarily disable Bitdefender Protection:

3) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Advanced Threat Defense:
4) Re-enable real-time protection in Bitdefender.
Even after trying all the above-mentioned steps, if the issue still persists, it will need to be escalated to Bitdefender support in that case.

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.
