BD Did Not Catch Antimalware Hub??

I currently use a Samsung A54 and Chrome as my browser. I recently had a tab open by itself that had 'Antimalware Hub Click' in the address.

This site continues to randomly open in Chrome even after multiple BD scans of my phone. I have tried to identify anything that was installed during this time, but cannot locate anything in the system.

Has anyone come across this issue? Have you been able to find the culprit causing this and able to disable it?

Any help and advice is appreciated.
