VPN Not connecting

Hi @Douglas J
Is it failing to connect with all the protocols or just one of them?
You might have a corrupt installation. Try uninstalling the VPN (only the VPN) and then reinstalling it by clicking on the VPN tab in the bitdefender dashboard.

I have a similar VPN issue. The installer.exe is corrupted. The latest update was this week. I cannot uninstall because the ****** calls the installer.exe. How do I fix this?

Hi @Nicholas P.
You can uninstall it with revo uninstaller, you can download the free revo uninstaller from https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/ .

Thank you, Petersl! I ran the chkdsk - no help. Then, I uninstalled BD VPN with revo - registry included.
Interestingly, after rebooting, I now have a new working version (27.2.2.2(a)) of BD VPN on my laptop. I'm not sure what the root cause of the problem was.
