I received a notification from 2Checkout/Verifone that my payment for the renewal of Bitdefender Ultimate Security was declined. I attempted all the recommended solutions provided in their guidelines and FAQs but was unsuccessful.

Upon contacting Direct Express (the issuer of my card), a representative informed me that the restrictions were imposed by MasterCard, not by them. However, I have been unable to reach MasterCard for further assistance.

I also attempted to complete the payment through PayPal using my debit card. After entering the required information, I received a confirmation code via email. Unfortunately, while entering the code, the screen refreshed unexpectedly, leading me to click on ‘resend code.’ This resulted in receiving multiple codes, and the issue persisted. Now, PayPal is requesting an alternative phone number and will not send another code. I have been trying to resolve this issue for two days without success.

I am satisfied with Bitdefender and wish to continue my subscription, which costs $107.99 for renewal. Although purchasing the same software locally is an option, it is priced at $189.00. Since my current subscription is set to expire in approximately a week, I am keen to renew it rather than switching to alternative products like Norton or McAfee.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue and successfully renew my subscription.
