How to allow creating Youtube channels to my son on a device with Parental Control?

Hi,

I have Parental control installed on my son's (12 years) device.

He's passionate about programming and I would like to allow him to create his own YouTube channel without deactivating Parental Control.

Is this possible?

Add youtube.com (the website) and YouTube (the app) as exceptions in Parental Control, so follow the steps in part Setting Exceptions from this article:
