I just starting with the feature. I was able to add all 3 of my gmail addresses, each one got sent a code. However, it only shows that it's scanning the first one.

A little late to the game perhaps I am. Monitoring and scanning are two different animals.
As you may have already learned by now, while you can monitor up to ten email addresses, you can only scan the Inbox of two addresses max. And even then it's only one g-mail and one outlook account address Inbox, not two of one or the other (nor are any other providers currently supported).
You may not have the need to monitor the maximum of ten email addresses but just in case someone who does lands hereā¦
If you are currently monitoring ten addresses, you will need to remove one before you can add scanning for a second Inbox. (Then add the tenth address back to monitoring.) Otherwise you will not see the "Connect your email provider" dialogue box required to add a second Inbox for scanning.
You will not find this anywhere in the documentation and it's something Technical Support does not seem to be aware of apparently.
