bitdefender's product password

bitdefender stopped me to land on a website displaying this msg :

i put the bitdefender's app password in there but it did not work , why? later on i tried to open the same site and it was not interrupted by bitdefender. no added exception in the bitdefender app's exception list y?

i do not see any exception in bit anti tracker ex. too :
