Bitdefender install has interfered with a roku app
I recently changed over to Bitdefender Ultimate Security. Install went good and I'm happy so far. One issue that I need help with is finding the setting to exempt or ignore the roku player.
for example… I use a Roku app Video Poker that includes a daily Top Ten Score of other players online. When I installed Bitdefender last month, the Top Ten Score screen within the Video poker App, no longer showed the score and only read "Scores Unavailable".
I currently connect the Roku via wireless to my home network and all is well. (Except for the 'Daily High Score' issue since installing BitDefender.) So I then turned on the personal hotspot from my phone, (which is connected to my Mobile network, not my wifi), and then switched my roku to my personal hotspot. That brought back the High score page on the roku app. Obviously, i don't want to continuously connect my Roku to my phone.
So if all that gibberish just made sense, where in Bitdefender settings can i go to exempt/ignore/remove my Roku devices?

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.
