Bitdefender Scam Copilot disabled during attempted scam

Earlier tonight, around midnight, my android cell phone was sitting in my bedroom (away from me), and a text message was sent to me from Equifax saying there was a soft inquiry made against my credit account. I retrieved my phone at 1am , and that's when I saw this text. I attempted to check the Scam Copilot, and found all of the Scam Copilot options were disabled/inactive when this SMS message arrived. In addition, the app anomaly and download scanner were also inactive. The Scam Copilot options were enabled and working normally yesterday.
I am now left with having to try to figure out what happened.
Has anyone on here had the Scam Copilot be disabled for any length of time?
I am on an Android phone. There is no reason for a soft inquiry to arrive at midnight, when I haven't tried to open a credit account for 2 months.
I will need to contact Equifax in the morning, but I am concerned that the Scam Copilot system, which is supposed to stop scam attacks was offline when this happened.
Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

The moderators in the Bitdefender community forum, who are likely subscribers of Bitdefender Premium Security or Bitdefender Ultimate Security, are probably using a previous version of these products. At that time, Scam Copilot was not included. Since Copilot has been newly introduced in the latest version of these subscription products, the best way to get an answer to your query is to contact Bitdefender Support directly.
Kindly contact Bitdefender support by visiting
Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.
To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.

Hi,
I also think it's best for the Support teams to have a look at this. I think one of the reasons why this could happen is the device using power saving mode to save battery, which stops the running apps. I'm not an Android user, but as far as I know, this OS includes battery-saving features almost with each release, so these might be worth checking.
In my opinion, the problem with such optimization mechanisms is that they are often too aggressive and kill useful background apps when the screen turns off to maximize the smartphone’s battery life. The same applies for Web Protection for example, which loses the accessibility permission required to function properly when the Android system force stops background applications.
And yes, any communication claiming to be from your Bank in the middle of the night is definitely suspicious..
