Why am I unable to open Costco.com in safepay

I have not had an issue with any website other than Costco.com with safepay. I make purchases on Costco.com on a regular basis so it is important to be able to use safepay with that site.

Do you happen to be using the Bitdefender VPN at the same time with Safepay?

Thanks for your comment. No, not using SafePay. Also, it is costco.ca not costco.com.
