hi, website doesn't allow cancelation of auto renewal, can someone help me out i just want to cancel auto renewal of my subscription.

I would like to request that the support link provided be updated to include clear instructions for canceling subscriptions via Google Play. I tried all available options and eventually consulted the AI support bot, which repeated the same steps and then referred me to the support chat. The final conclusion was that the cancellation had to be done directly through the Google Play Store.

Updating the support link with this information would save users time and frustration, and help improve the overall effectiveness of your support system.
