I have a message that appears every 2-3 minutes where it says that it is Troian, what I should do?

Please help, it seems that I have a Virus, But I have installed Bitdefender….
It still appears on the left some windows "via Microsoft Edge" with some Alert like Virus Troian found, or System Alert, etc….I tried to disinstall Microsoft Edge but this is not possible. What can I do?

Hello again.
I promoted you to Level 2.
You can now post screenshot(s) of the message(s), so we can better understand your issue.

Since none of the above options have worked for you, try using the software mentioned in the link below, which is specifically designed to remove adware from a particular system, and see if it helps.
If the issue still persists despite trying everything, kindly contact Bitdefender Support by visiting
Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.
To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Once the AI chatbot recommends a series of solutions, you can type in the chat, 'transfer to an agent,' and you will be transferred to a Bitdefender support agent. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.

Hello again.
Scan (and disinfect, if needed) your PC with Bitdefender Rescue Environment:
Restart your PC.
If the step provided above didn't help, do the following steps:
Take screenshot(s) of the issue,
create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:
and
create a log file on your Windows device using BDsysLog, by following these steps:
Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:
with short description of the issue.
After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.
Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log files you already created in the first step.
Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.
Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log files will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.
NOTE: If any of the log file is larger than 25MB, you can upload the log file here:
After the upload is done, you will get a notification with the file's URL and then you can share the file's URL with the Bitdefender Consumer Support.
Regards.

Well, the adware software listed above or the Bitdefender Rescue Environment would have shown if any of the adware had been detected before they were resolved.

I very recently had a very simliar problem. The messages were "notification" messages that I tracked back to my Microsoft Edge Browser. There were three messages and each was associated with a rogue URL that appeared to be extensions installed on Microsoft Edge. A direct examination of the installed extensions did not reveal these three rogues. I turned OFF the three notifications.
Then I used "PowerToys" to invoke the Host file editor so I added those three URLs there to prevent any access to those locations from my machine.
I tried using "ping" to see what the IP addresses were and only one of the three seemed to be a valid URL.
Then, I had Bitdefender perform a full system scan, which took many hours to complete. I have more than 30 million files on my system.
I have a .IOS file for creating an UBUNTU for penetration testing, and Bitdefender removed parts of it. There were also almost 1,000 password-protected files that were not scanned.
The situation has now quieted down here and I have not seen any further alarming messages. I think my system is fixed.

One more note: It appears from your message that you are running more than one antivirus program at the same time. This is a bad idea because it introduces a performance problem.
