How do I stop Bitdefender creating new rules in firewall?

Hi guys. I have an issue with Bitderender firewall. I deny access to applications in the rules section, but Bitdefender creates new rules on those applications, giving it acces to the internet. It is rather annoying to deny access to the internet for certain programs, then later discover that Bitdefender created a new rule, completely on it's own, giving previously denied programs access to the internet again. How do I prevent this ???
