Cannot use the free trial for SecurePass

Hi, I have BitDefender VPN and AntiVirus installed and am trying to start free trial of SecurePass but when I try to configure it I am asked to sign in but it does not recognise ny BitDefender Central email address.

Based on your description of the situation encountered, I would recommend contacting the Technical Support Teams, as more information might be required to troubleshoot this. Unfortunately, we can't access your account details on the forum, to find out why the email address is not recognized by the platform. You can get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:
Let them know if you encounter any error message during the login attempt, or any other details that would help them pinpoint the root cause. They can check your account and advise further. After accessing the link, state your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
