New Subscription Not Reflected
I purchased the total security subscription yesterday with 7 days remaining on my trial. Following day, the BD desktop now shows 6 days remaining. When I try to activate BD, it states your subscription is already active - 5 devices - Valid until April 17, 2026.
Subscriptions tab under BD Central shows the Bitdefender Total Security Trial (10 device) installed on 1 device expiring on 04/24/25.
Below that is BD Individual plan (5 device) not installed. If I click on install it downloads the .exe file. When I click on the .exe file nothing happens.
All emails from BD reflect paid subscription with correct 2026 expiration.
Some direction would be greatly appreciated.

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Once the AI chatbot recommends a series of solutions, you can type in the chat, 'transfer to an agent,' and you will be transferred to a Bitdefender support agent. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.
