Was that a pop up in edge? It looks like just a tracker, best to run a systemscan with bitdefender.

Additionally, follow the steps outlined.
1) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:
temp – delete all the files in the folder.
%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.
prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.
2) Reset your web browsers:
