Suspect someone has access to my router and network - help pls.

As above. I suspect that someone else is using my network / router. I now have Bitdefender Premium…what function or toll could I use to identify if this is the case and if so block them.

additional…My wifes new work laptop, which has AVG, highlight security issues with 'Port Forwarding' on router.
I can't find these settings in the router admin at all.

Also, it might help to log into your router and check the "Connected Devices" list to spot anything suspicious.
