I am using bitdefender Mobile Security in my Android mobile and app lock not working?

My mobile app lock is not properly working.

I have set all app on app lock in bitdefender setting with biometric lock and also add as admin in permission setting.

Sometimes it ask for security pin and some time it wouldn't ask.

Please reply for my query.
